Returns & Refunds Policy

Your experience with Frooji truly matters to us. That’s why we keep everything clear and transparent: no hidden steps or fine print surprises.

This Policy governs the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for purchases made through Frooji. Please read this Policy carefully before submitting a refund or cancellation request.

I. One-time purchases

The following terms apply to all one-time purchases:

1. Refund Window. Customers are entitled to request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of their order.

“Delivery” means the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

2. No Return Required. Customers are not required to return the product in order to receive a refund. The product may be retained by the customer at no additional obligation.

3. Refund Limit. Refunds are limited to one (1) refund per product, per customer. This limitation applies across all orders and is intended to ensure equitable treatment for all customers.

4. Verification Requirements. To process a refund request, the customer must provide a valid order number that corresponds to the name and email address on file with Frooji.

5. Original Purchaser Only. Refunds are issued exclusively to the original purchaser. Refund entitlements are non-transferable and may not be assigned to a third party.

6. Original Payment Method. All approved refunds will be credited solely to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds to alternative payment methods will not be issued.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders. If your order is lost, damaged, or not delivered, please contact our support team at support@frooji.com so we can review and assist with your case.

II. Subscription Purchases

The following terms apply to all subscription purchases:

1. Refund Eligibility. Refunds apply only to the customer's most recent order, provided the refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of that order.

2. First Order. A customer's first subscription order is eligible for a full refund within the 30-day window.

3. Renewal Orders. Renewal orders are not eligible for refunds, except for the most recent shipment if the refund request is submitted within the 30-day period described in Section 1 above.

4. No Return Required. As with one-time purchases, customers are not required to return the product in order to receive a refund.

5. Verification Requirements. A valid order number must be provided to process any refund request.

6. Original Payment Method. All approved refunds will be credited solely to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Ineligible Purchases. Purchases made through third-party retailers or resellers are not eligible for refunds under this Policy. Refunds for purchases made through third-party retailers or resellers must be requested directly from the original point of purchase.

III. Subscription cancellation

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, we recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation requests submitted closer to the billing date may not be processed in time to prevent the upcoming charge.

Please note:

Cancellation and refund are separate actions. A cancellation request does not constitute a refund request, and vice versa. Customers who wish to both cancel their subscription and request a refund must explicitly indicate both actions when contacting support.

Once a billing cycle has been completed, cancellation will apply to future charges only and will not affect the billing period for which the charge has already been made.

IV. Subscription reactivation

If you cancel your subscription and change your mind, you’re always welcome back.

Please note that the first-order refund window applies only once. And it doesn’t reset after reactivation. This means that reactivating your subscription does not restore your eligibility for a first-order refund.

How to request a refund

To submit a refund request, customers must follow the steps below:

  • Contact our support team at support@frooji.com with your order number
  • Allow 24–48 business hours for a response from our support team.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days.
